Why am I getting a ‘Checkout error?’

Make sure the latest plugin and settings are configured correctly.

Why is my checkout page timing out when trying to pay with N-Genius?

You must configure the HTTP version in the N-Genius settings to be compatible with your server.

Why are my orders going straight to completed instead of processing?

You must check your N-Genius configuration for the setting that automatically sets paid orders to processing instead of complete. Currently, the only plugin that supports this is WooCommerce N-Genius.
