Customer Support Application

For an App and Web Development house

App Inlets PM Office is the first point of contact for technical support. Our P3 Team spends their day fielding incoming support tickets, chats and calls.

The successful Project/Support Assistant will be customer-focused and motivated by team success. You will need to be energetic and able to adapt to new processes quickly while dealing with client requests.

You will need to be flexible and have the ability to demonstrate high levels of productivity while maintaining quality support to the team and clients.

Requirements:

  • Resolve client queries/issues

  • Decision-making capabilities: Determines when to escalate issues

  • Ensure client satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients.

  • Follow up with clients as needed to ensure all problems are resolved.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills(English)

  • Patience with clients and the ability to remain calm

  • Organisational abilities

Additional:

  • Project Management skills

  • Experience using: Google Workspaces, Freshdesk, Jira

  • Some experience in Divi

  • Knowledge of Software Development Phases.
